Error while creating Invoice. Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: collection

Issue:

You might receive this error while posting an order that has a group item to QuickBooks online.

Reason:

This might happen due to changes in product names or mappings in QuickBooks.

Troubleshooting:

1). Download the latest data in Webgility by following this help article.

2). Refresh and save the posting settings by navigating to Posting Rules settings in Accounting/POS/ERP under the Integrations tab. Hit the refresh button as highlighted in the screenshot below and save the settings in each tab.

3). Remove the invalid mappings for the item in the order. Refer to the article for unmapping an item in Webgility and follow the gif tutorial shown below.

4). Uncheck the option of ‘Post group items as individual items’ under the Optional Settings in the Orders tab of Posting settings.

5). Check the bundled (group) item in QuickBooks; if it is blank, then add items to it.

If the issue continues, please reach out to Webgility Support for further help.
