Reason:
This error typically occurs when the selected tax item in QuickBooks Online has been updated or deleted, leading to a discrepancy during the tax calculation process.
Resolution Steps:
1). Update Sales Tax Items:

Navigate to the Sync Settings drop-down menu in the bottom left corner of Webgility.

Select Sales Tax from the available options.

Click on the Refresh button to download the latest sales tax items from QuickBooks Online.
2). Review State and Location Mapping (If Applicable):

If you have mapped states and locations, review the mapping to ensure that no states are highlighted in black, indicating a mapping issue that needs correction.

If state and location mapping is not configured, simply click Save to apply the updated tax items.
3). Retry Posting the Order:

After completing the steps above, attempt to post the order again in Webgility. The tax calculation error should be resolved.
