Cause of the error:
It is a warning that your QuickBooks file already has another customer or vendor with the same name.
Steps to Resolve:
Verify that the Customer name exists as a Vendor/Customer in QuickBooks.
Change the existing customer name in QuickBooks.
Once the changes have been made we need to download the latest QuickBooks data in Webgility and post the order:
