Download the Latest Data from QuickBooks and Your Online Sales Channel in Webgility Online
This article helps Webgility Online users keep product and customer data up to date in Webgility Online to ensure smooth syncing with QuickBooks Online and connected sales channels. The article provides step-by-step instructions for refreshing or re-downloading the latest information, helping users maintain accurate and consistent data across all platforms.
Refreshing Data from QuickBooks Online and Sales Channel:

Navigate to Products, then under the Products Catalog tab,

Press the Refresh Button

If the latest data still doesn't appear in Webgility Online, try the steps mentioned below:
01. Download QuickBooks Online Accounting Data:

Go to Sync Settings > Products.

On each tab, you'll find a ‘Refresh Settings’ option. Clicking this option will let you download the latest data and settings from QuickBooks Online.

Under the Product and Customer tabs, there is a drop-down with options to ‘Refresh Latest Accounting Data’.
02. Download From Scratch:
This option will re-download all products and customer information from scratch when clicked from their respective tabs. This is recommended if the latest data from QuickBooks Online is not reflected in Webgility Online.
Under the Product and Customer tabs, there is a drop-down, select the download from scratch option.
After selecting the Download from Scratch, click on the refresh button and then it will prompt you "Are you sure you want to download your items data from scratch?" so select "Yes"
Make sure to click on Save once the download process is complete.
03. Learn ‘How to Refresh Settings to start the data downloading process’:
a) Click the Refresh Settings button to start the downloading process.
b) This task can take several minutes if you have a large amount of data in your QuickBooks Online, and it may be displayed as such;
c) Once the information is downloaded, you will receive a notification informing you that the process is complete.
d) Save the Settings on each tab after refreshing the settings before proceeding to the next tab.
04. Downloading Sales Channel Data (from Scratch):
You normally won’t need to perform this step, as Webgility Online will automatically download the data once you press the "Refresh" button in ‘Topic A’
Note: Not all sales channels support scratch downloads from here.
The steps listed below are troubleshooting measures in case your accounting or sales channel related information isn't being updated correctly:

Go to ‘Connections’

Click on ‘Preferences’, and select ‘Product Settings’.

Click on the dropdown and select Scratch

Click on “Continue” under the confirmation popup.

Save.
