Error in [item]: The name supplied already exists.: Another Product or service is already using this name. Please use a different name.
Reason:
When syncing new orders to QuickBooks, Webgility attempts to create a new item in your accounting system. This error occurs if the item name or SKU already exists in QuickBooks.
Steps To Resolve:
1). To resolve the issue, update the Item Name or SKU in QuickBooks. After making the changes, go to Webgility Online, navigate to Channels then Get Latest Data and Settings and download QuickBooks data.
2). After refreshing the products re-try posting the order.
3). If you prefer not to make any changes in QuickBooks and have an existing QuickBooks item that can be mapped to the store item in the order, refer to the guide on Mapping and Remapping Products in Webgility Desktop for detailed instructions.
