Order Total is Less Then Settled Amount in Shopify Payout
Troubleshooting Order Total is Less Then Settled Amount:
1). In Webgility Software go to Integrations> Stores> Settings> Download options, then enable “Get refund and record in” select a Discount or Non-inventory item type from QuickBooks, then Save and Close.
2). Under the same configuration Integrations> Stores> Settings> Download options enable “Do not download removed items with order” then Save and Continue.
3). Go to the order and Undo Sync the order from QuickBooks if it is still posted. (see Undo Sync help article here)
4). Once done, go to the Order> redownload the order by right-clicking the order.
5). Once the order is refreshed, try to post it again, it should post successfully.
