Error Code: 9999 - "Error while creating transaction: Item(s) not found in QuickBooks"
Overview:
This error occurs under two conditions:
1). The user has set the order flag to display as an error in the sync settings.
2). The user's QuickBooks Online plan does not support the inventory item feature.

Step 1: Verify Product Mapping Ensure the product causing the error is mapped correctly between your store and QuickBooks. Follow this guide on product mapping for detailed instructions. Link

Step 2: Re-Sync Products
Navigate to the Sync Settings tab, then click on Products.
In the top-right corner, open the dropdown menu and select Download from Scratch.
Click the circular icon next to the dropdown. When prompted, confirm by selecting Yes.

Step 3: Save Changes Once the sync process is completed and marked as βDone!β, click Save.

Attempt to post the orders again. The error should be resolved.
