ErrorCode : 6000 - Business Validation Error: The action could not be completed because another user was creating, editing or deleting a transaction with inventory products at exactly the same time. Please try again in 30 min. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support.
The user experiences this error because some other user of QuickBooks is modifying the item while Webgility is trying to post the order. Modified item data needs to be downloaded in Webgility from QuickBooks to resolve the error.
Important points to take care of before downloading the QuickBooks data:
None of the QuickBooks users are modifying the items in QuickBooks at the time of downloading them.
Close the item list or products and services in QuickBooks.
Steps to download accounting data from scratch in Webgility Online:
Navigate to Settings>Accounting>Products.
Click on the dropdown that says Refresh Latest Accounting Data.
Select Download From Scratch.
Click the little Refresh Icon next to the dropdown.
Click OK.
Click Save to save the product settings.
Select the order again from the Error tab, and click on Post to QuickBooks. The order will be successfully posted to QuickBooks.
