Error code 6000 Business validation error something this action required is no longer available. Another use may have deleted it.

In this article, we'd like to outline the troubleshooting steps necessary to resolve Error 6000 which happens while posting orders from Webgility Online to QuickBooks Online.

Reason:

When posting new orders to Quickbooks, it's possible that certain orders may end up in the Errors tab, as illustrated below:

How to check the complete error message for an order:

The error that appeared on the orders while posting them in QuickBooks can be seen on the far right of the transaction under the Details tab or by opening the order and clicking on the Details tab.

Resolution:

1). To resolve this error, you will need to navigate to Settings, located at the bottom-left corner.

2). Now, on the right-hand side, click on the โ€œTransactionโ€ tab, click on the refresh button, wait for some time, and then click on the Save button.

After the settings are saved, try posting the order. The order should now post properly. If you still have issues please contact support.
