Error:
Invoice Link for Payment Transaction Not Found
Cause of the issue:
This issue typically arises when trying to post Amazon Settlement Report. This error indicates that the Invoice for the order mentioned in the error message has been deleted or is missing from QuickBooks and due to that its payment creation is failing.
Steps to fix:
Do a thorough search for the invoice of the order in QuickBooks.You can also make use of View in QuickBooks feature from the order details window of Webgility Desktop. If the transaction is no longer available in QuickBooks, you will be prompted with an alert indicating “the specified record does not exist”.
Since the transaction was deleted from QuickBooks, the next step is to re-download the order in Webgility Desktop.

After redownloading the order, repost it to QuickBooks.
