Troubleshoot WooCommerce Store Connection Issues in Webgility Online

Learn how you can solve connection issues between WooCommerce and Webgility Online.

1). Updated Woocommerce store credentials:

It is important to update the login credentials and reconnect Webgility Online in case the Woocommerce store login details are changed or modified.

Cause: Webgility Online stops downloading Orders and Inventory details from the stores.

Steps to reconnecting Webgility Online with Woocommerce Store:

  1. Go to Settings> Connection> Select Woocommerce Store Profile> Edit> Update Credentials.

  2. Enter the new login details and reconnect.

  3. Once it is integrated then it will redirect to the connection screen.

2). Blocked Store Module

WooCommerce is an open-source e-commerce software, therefore because of the integrated security settings sometimes access to the Webgility WooCommerce store module is blocked which results in a connectivity failure. But there are a few updates you can make to avoid this continuing to interrupt your connection.

To rectify this, whitelist our Nat Gateway IP so that our module can be accessible. The following are the IP addresses to be whitelisted:

  • 183.182.84.170

  • 111.118.255.21

  • 54.69.99.71

3). Other challenges

a. Using the incorrect store module URL during the connection process

  • The correct store module URL can be updated by following these connection steps forWebgility Online.

b. Using the incorrect username and password during the connection process

  • Update the correct store credentials. These are the administrative usernames and passwords for your WooCommerce account.

c. Upgrading the WooCommerce store installation but the Webgility store module is not compatible with their installation. When this happens the following errors occur: Remote server 403 and 500 Internal server.
