Cause:
This error occurs when there are changes in Items, customers, or any account in QuickBooks. To resolve this, you need to download the latest data from QuickBooks into Webgility.
Step 1: Download Accounting Data
1. Log into Webgility.
2. Navigate to Settings (left-hand bottom corner) → Accounting → Transactions.
3. Click on the refresh icon at the top center.
4. Select the appropriate accounts and items from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Download Products
1. Log into Webgility.
2. Navigate to Settings (left-hand bottom corner) → Accounting → Products.
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Download from Scratch."
4. Click on the refresh icon.
5. Select the appropriate accounts and items from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Download Customers:
1. Log into Webgility.
2. Navigate to Settings (left-hand bottom corner) → Accounting → Customer.
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Download from Scratch."
4. Click on the refresh icon.
5. Select the appropriate accounts and customers from the drop-down menu.
