Unable to Connect to Amazon Store

There are a few possible reasons for seeing this error message when trying to connect to your Webgility Application with your Amazon store.

1). Your Amazon account credentials may be incorrect. Double-check your username and password and try again.

2). Your Amazon store may be down or inactive. Check the status of your store in the Amazon Seller Central dashboard and make sure it is active.

3). Your Webgility account may not have the appropriate permissions to access your Amazon store. Verify that your account has the necessary access and try again.

4). You may have exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections for your Amazon store. Check the Amazon connection limit in your Webgility account and make sure it is not exceeded.
