How to update Sales Channel credentials in Webgility Online

Keeping your Sales Channel credentials up-to-date is crucial for seamless operations. Learn how to quickly reauthorize and update your Sales Channel credentials in Webgility Online with this step-by-step guide.

Updating Sales Channel credentials when connecting with Webgility Online is essential for:

  • Security: Ensuring only authorized access.

  • Compliance: Adhering to regulations and standards.

  • Preventing Expiry: Avoiding interruptions from expired credentials.

  • Integration Stability: Maintaining seamless connections with Webgility Online.

Steps to Update Sales Channel Credentials:

  1. Go to Connections:

    • Navigate to the Connections section.

    • Click Reauthorize next to the sales channel you want to update.

  2. Click Next:

    • In the side pop-up window, click Next to proceed.

  3. Reauthorize Webgility:

    • Click Next again to authorize Webgility.

  4. Authorization in Progress:

    • You will see a window showing Authorization in progress… Wait for the process to complete.

  5. Complete the Process:

    • Once authorization is successful and credentials are updated, click Finish to complete the procedure.

  • This process is applicable for all Sales Channel types, marketplaces, and sales channels connected to Webgility Online.

  • Ensure that your Webgility Online application was previously linked to the online sales channel or marketplace and that the sales channel credentials have changed.
