Voiding QuickBooks Transaction failed due to object "13357-1646338563" specified in the request cannot be found
Reason:
We will see this error while unposting any order in Webgility from QuickBooks, if the order has been manually deleted from QuickBooks.
Resolution:
To get the order unposted we can try the Force Unpost option available in Webgility and if that doesn’t work you will need to get help from our support team to get it unposted.
Below are the steps to do a Force Unpost:
Navigate to the Orders Page
Select the Order number and then select the check box- Transaction not found in accounting Force Unpost?
Click on Unpost to move the Order to New Orders tab for reposting
Note: If you still face an issue while unposting the order please reach out to Webgility Support for assistance, to fix the issue we will need to mark the order as pending from the backend.
