Object "80001891-1503946789" specified in the request cannot be found. QuickBooks error message invalid argument the specified record does not exist in the list. Error while creating vendor Error insufficient permission level to perform this action.

Reason:

You may get this error when the customer data is not updated in Webgility. Webgility tries to post the information to the accounting application but is unable to find it.

Troubleshooting:

1). Go to Settings> Accounting> Customers.

2). Click on the dropdown to select Download From Scratch.

Note: In the customer screen, the very first option says “Select matching criteria for online orders,” where the user needs to click on the dropdown that says refresh settings and select download from scratch.

3). Now click the inverted arrow to download customers from scratch.

Webgility Online will start downloading the data from QuickBooks and give you the message shown below.

4). Click on Save to save the settings, and then post the order again to QuickBooks. The order will be posted to QuickBooks successfully.
