Reason:

You may get this error when the customer data is not updated in Webgility. Webgility tries to post the information to the accounting application but is unable to find it.

Troubleshooting:

1). Navigate to the left-hand bottom corner of Webgility online and click on Sync Settings> Customers.

2). Click on the dropdown at the right-hand top side to select Download From Scratch.

Note: In the customers screen, the very first option says โ€œSelect which field should be used to identify and match Customers from your Sales Channel and Quickbooks,โ€ where the user needs to click on the dropdown that says refresh settings

and select download from scratch.

3). Now click the refresh button (inverted arrow) to download customers from scratch.

4). Click on โ€˜YESโ€™ in the confirmation box.

5). Webgility Online will start downloading the data from QuickBooks and give you the message shown below. Click on Save to save the settings, and then post the order again to QuickBooks. The order will be posted to QuickBooks successfully.
