Have you connected your Sales Channel front and inventory management, or shipping application as a sales channel in Webgility? Do you have duplicate orders coming in? You can configure the following settings and choose which sales channel you want to download orders from.
Steps:
1. Navigate to Connections at the bottom left.
2. Find your respective sales channel and click Order Settings.
3. Check or uncheck channels you want to download or stop downloading orders from, then click Done.
