Orders not downloading in Webgility Online

This article is developed to cover all the generic steps that can be followed if the orders are not downloaded in Webgility from Shopify.

Step 1: Check the Shopify Store Connection with Webgility

To check the Store Connection, please click on the Connection button (bottom left).

Click Reauthorize to reconnect the online store.

Disclaimer: In any given scenario, please do not disconnect the online store and reconnect in Webgility as that will clear all the previous data and settings.

Step 2: Check the Order Download Settings and Set the Order Download Date

To check the Order Download Settings, please click on Preferences.

And under the option Status, you would be able to select the order status that needs to be downloaded from the online store.

Also, set the correct date from when we want to download the orders and then click Save.

Step 3: Download Orders

  • Go to Sales > Orders

Click on the Refresh button

and the orders shall appear in the New Orders tab.

On a side note, please check if the orders are already downloaded in the Webgility application and in case they are stuck in the Errors tab or moved to the Ignored tab.
