In Webgility Desktop, downloading items from scratch from QuickBooks is necessary when setting up your account or when there have been a lot of changes made to your item list in QuickBooks. Here are some reasons why downloading items from scratch is necessary:

Steps

Step 1). To download items from scratch from QuickBooks, please refer to the screenshot tutorial mentioned below.

Step 2). Please wait till you get the success message, as shown below, Once you see this dialog box, Quickbooks data is successfully downloaded.

Step 3). To download Items from scratch from the Sales Channel navigate to Integrations> Stores> Advanced Settings.

Step 4). Under Application navigate to the Last download date for Store Items, Click the Clear button, Save the settings, and Close.

Step 5). Next, you will need to download the latest product data in Webgility from the product catalog by going to Products> All Product (under the sales channel on the left-hand side)> Refresh button.

Step 6). This process may take several minutes to complete. Once completed, a dialog box with the confirmation message will appear.
