Steps to follow:

Step 1). In Webgility Desktop navigate to Connections in the menu options then goto Sales Channel and click on Advanced Settings. Then navigate to Application tab, clear the last download date for both QuickBooks and store items. Once done then click on Save and Close at the bottom.

Step 2). Now navigate to Products in the menu options and under Sales Channel section goto All Products and click on refresh button and wait for the process to complete.

Step 3). In the same window under QuickBooks section go to All Products and then click on refresh button and wait for the process to complete.
