Error: Please upgrade your Webgility database to continue
DB Upgrade:
To enhance the performance of the Webgility Database and conduct reindexing if an error has been reported. Additionally, Webgility might prompt you to initiate a database upgrade.
Steps of troubleshooting:
1). Please close the Webgility Software and the Scheduler (if they are currently running) on all Webgility machines. Also, make sure to terminate any related processes associated with Webgility.
2). On the primary Webgility machine hosting the Webgility database, navigate to the directory C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise and locate the UnifyDBUpgrade file.
3). Execute this file and wait for the success notification to appear. Once you see the success message, close it and log back into the Webgility Software.
