Overview and causes:

This error typically arises during an application update when the database size increases, leading to insufficient disk space on the primary machine. In such cases, we recommend using the database utility and performing a database upgrade to compress the database size. This process helps ensure that the database fits within the available disk space, allowing the Webgility application to operate smoothly on both the primary and add-on systems.

Troubleshooting steps:

Note: Please ensure that the Webgility desktop application is completely closed before initiating the DB upgrade and DB Utility.

  • Suppose you have any outdated orders stored in the Repository or Archive tab of the Webgility Desktop Application. In that case, you can safely delete those orders after creating a backup of your application.

  • Following that, you can run the DB Utility and perform a DB Upgrade on the primary computer, which will help reduce the size of the current database.

  • Restart the application, as this action resolves the issue.
