How to Run DB Upgrade & Utility

Run UnifyDBUtility – Step-by-Step Guide
This utility optimizes and compresses your database for better performance.
Location: C:\Webgility \UnifyEnterprise\UnifyDBUtility.exe
Steps:

Close Webgility Desktop Software and Scheduler

Ensure Webgility Desktop and Scheduler are closed on all machines.

Open Task Manager and end any Webgility Desktop-related processes still running.

Navigate to the Utility File

Go to the primary computer where the Webgility Desktop database is installed.

Open the C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise folder.

Locate and run the file named UnifyDBUtility.exe.

This tool is used for database reindexing and to upgrade the structure when errors are encountered or prompted by Webgility Desktop.

Steps:

Close Webgility Desktop Software and Scheduler

Make sure all Webgility Desktop applications and Scheduler services are closed across all computers.
