What is “Order can not be posted because the total amount is 0 or less than 0” Error?
The issue occurs when the entire payment is made using a gift card. This results in the grand total being reduced to zero. This situation can cause discrepancies, as the system recognizes the total amount as fully paid, even though no other payment method has been used to cover any remaining balance.(if any)

Solution:
To resolve this issue, you will need to manually adjust the order's shipping amount. After making the adjustment, overwrite the total by saving the updated order. Finally, balance the total by deducting the amount that was added during the overwrite process. This will ensure the correct total is reflected in the system.
Once the amount is edited, you can post it to QuickBooks since it will be a non-zero amount. Once don,e you can edit or retain the order in QuickBooks.
