Overview and Accessing the Product Catalog
The Products Catalog view is the center of control for your listings. To access this in Webgility Online, go to the left panel, click Product, and select Product Catalog
The product catalog includes several tabs and features, each explained in detail below for clarity and ease of use.
1) Missing in QuickBooks
This tab displays a list of sales channel product names and SKUs not found in QuickBooks. In this example, we are using Shopify as the sales channel. The tab provides options to match these products with the right ones in QuickBooks or create new entries for products that have not yet been added.
Note: Product matching is essential for syncing orders, and inventory. The products listed under "Missing in QuickBooks" are sales channel products that have not been matched with any QuickBooks products.
Products Search:
If you're searching for a specific product on any of these tabs, simply enter its name or SKU in the search field, and Webgility will locate it for you.
Manual Match:
If the products are not automatically matched by the product matching settings, they can be manually linked by selecting the corresponding product from the list.
Use the search box under QuickBooks Product Name or QuickBooks Product SKU to locate the relevant product. Once you've found the right match, click Confirm Match on the right to complete the matching.
Match Using AI suggestions:
Webgility's AI assists in finding potential matches for missing Shopify products in QuickBooks. These suggestions are marked with a star icon and the message AI Suggested under the QuickBooks Name and QuickBooks Product SKU columns.
If the suggested matches are correct, click Confirm Match to the right of the product to finalize the matching.
Bulk Matching:
To match products in bulk, select the checkboxes next to the Shopify products on the left. Then, find their corresponding matches in the QuickBooks Product Name or QuickBooks Product SKU dropdown using Webgility AI or not. After selecting the matches, click Match Product at the bottom left of the page to complete the process.
Create Products:
If any Shopify products appear in the Missing in QuickBooks list because they haven't been added to QuickBooks yet, you can check the box, click the three dots on the right, and select Create Product instead of Matching.
Note: Before creating missing Shopify products in QuickBooks Online, make sure to review the product creation settings by following the help article below.
Create Products in Bulk:
To create multiple Shopify products in QuickBooks, select the products from the Missing in QuickBooks list by checking the boxes, then click Create Products at the bottom.
Ignore Products:
If you do not wish to match products from the Missing in QuickBooks or Missing in Shopify tabs, you can mark them as ignored in Webgility.
Note: By ignoring the products, Webgility won’t be able to post orders that include them, or sync inventory quantity or price for those products.
To ignore products, check the box next to the items you want to ignore and click Ignore Product at the bottom.
All your ignored products will appear in the Ignored Tab, where you can restore them at any time.

2). Missing in Shopify
Similar to the Missing in QuickBooks tab, the Missing in Shopify tab displays all QuickBooks products that are not found in Shopify. You can choose to match or ignore them based on your preference.
Here, we have used Shopify as an example, which represents the sales channel name you are using.
3). Manual Matched
All the products you match from the Missing in Shopify or Missing in QuickBooks tabs will eventually appear in this tab.
If you need to re-match a product, select the product by checking the box, then click Unmatch Product. The product will be moved to the relevant missing product list, where you can rematch it.
4). Auto Matched
All your Sales channel or QuickBooks products that matched automatically based on your matching criteria in the Sync Settings will appear on this list.
