The order is already locked by:

The error message "The order is already locked by:" usually occurs when there is an attempt to modify an order that is already locked by another user or application.

Troubleshooting

1). Login to the Webgility desktop application with the user credentials who locked that order.

2). Find the order in the respective tab, select the order and click on the unlock button, which is at the bottom-right corner.

3). You’ll now see the message “Order locks have been successfully released”, which means your order has now been unlocked and you should be able to post the order to QuickBooks.
