Order Not Recorded as Sales Receipt Yet
This error message occurs when you are attempting to post a refund in QBs.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1). Ensure that the order is posted in QBs before posting the refund. If the sale (order) is not posted in QBs, Webgility won't be able to post the refund for the order in QBs.
2). Go to the Orders tab and search for the order number. Post the order into QBs.
3). Once the order is successfully posted, go back to the Refunds tab and post the refund.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the error and successfully post the refund in QBs.
