Error While Insert Orders, There Was an Issue While Saving Your Orders. - Order Import
This usually occurs when you are importing the orders with the help of a CSV file and any data type is not present in the correct format.
There may be several reasons for example special characters in the cells, incorrect data format, multiple mappings of the same column, etc.
Make sure to fix the above conditions and avoid any character/special characters in the cells where only numerical values are allowed. Perform one-to-one mapping for the columns available in the CSV file to the options available in the Webgility Software.
Make sure to keep the date format in mm/dd/yyyy format and don't use any conditional formatting.
Following all these guidelines will allow you to import the orders successfully through CSV file format into Webgility Software.
