Error:
Express account and Meter number not consistent
Cause of the issue:
This issue typically arises when trying to process shipment through FedEx in Webgility Desktop. This error indicates that the correct FedEx account is not configured under the Shipping Settings.
Steps to fix:
1). In your Webgility Desktop navigate to Connections in the menu options and then goto Shipping Settings. Now goto the Shipping Rules tab and look for Default Settings for each processor and then click on Configure for FedEx.
2). Now this will launch a popup for default settings related to FedEx Shipping form so under Account list: select the correct FedEx Account then click on Save and then Save and Close.
Note: For Addon Shipping users, need to verify Shipping presets for FedEx under Shipping in the menu options
3). Once done then try to process the shipment again of the order in Webgility Desktop.
