Error: "The Wait Completed Due to an Abandoned Mutex"
Reason:
You might encounter the "abandoned mutex" error while trying to start the Scheduler in Webgility. This issue often arises when the Scheduler takes longer than usual to open, and multiple clicks are made to open it. This causes multiple instances of the Scheduler to run in the background.
Solution: End All Scheduler Tasks and Restart Webgility
Follow these steps to resolve the error:
1). Open Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager.
2). End Scheduler Tasks:
Go to the Details tab in Task Manager.
Locate both instances of UnifyScheduler.
Select each instance and click End Task to close all Scheduler instances.
Note: By default, there are two instances of the Scheduler.
3). Restart Webgility and Scheduler:
After closing all Scheduler instances, restart Webgility.
Try launching the Scheduler again.
This should resolve the "abandoned mutex" error.
