To resolve this error, a manual upgrade of the Webgility application is required. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth upgrade process:
1. Start by logging into your Webgility account.
2. Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom left of your account page and click on the Downloads section to find the Download button.
3. After the download begins, navigate to your downloads folder, locate the WebgilityDownloader.zip file, right-click it, and select Extract All to unzip the contents.
4. Open the newly created WebgilityDownloader folder. Inside, you'll see a subfolder named Webgility Downloader. Right-click on the WebgilityDownloader Application and choose Run as administrator to start the installation process.
5. A prompt may appear asking for permission to allow the application to make changes to your device. Click Yes or Allow to continue.
6. The full software will now start downloading; this may take a few minutes, depending on your internet connection speed.
7. Once the download is complete, a pop-up window will display the License Agreement. Please take a moment to read through it, select the option to accept, and click Next to proceed.
8. A new window will ask you to select Destination Location for installing the Webgility software. Choose your desired folder for installation and click Next. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install it on your C:/ drive.
9. You can also create a Start Menu Folder for easier access. Select your preferred location and click Next.
10. If you would like to create a shortcut for Webgility on your desktop, simply click Next.
11. You are now ready to install Webgility on your computer! To begin the installation process, click Install.
12. You're almost there! The software will now be installed on your computer, and this may take several minutes to complete.
