1). Verify Current Version: Ensure that the Webgility application is updated to the latest version for optimal performance and functionality.

2). Identify Affected Orders in Settlement: To locate the affected orders, navigate to Orders> Amazon> Settlement Report. Hover over the settlement report, and click on the "View Details" option to identify the impacted orders.
3). Redownload Orders: Once you've identified the affected orders, search for them in the "New Orders" or "Posted Orders" section. If necessary, unsync them and redownload them with the most up-to-date data from the sales channel. After redownloading, do not manually post the orders.

4). Attempt to Post the Settlement Report: After redownloading the orders into the New Orders tab, attempt to post the settlement report. Navigate to Orders> Amazon> Settlement Report, select the specific settlement report, and click "Post to QuickBooks" to complete the posting process.
