This issue is often resolved by installing the latest Windows updates and restarting your machine. Below are the steps to help you get your device back up and running smoothly.


Steps to Fix:

Check for Pending Windows Updates

Step 1: Press the Windows key on your keyboard, then type “Settings” and press Enter.

Step 2: In the Settings window, click on Update & Security.

Step 3: Select the Windows Update tab from the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Click the Check for Updates button. If there are any pending updates, they will appear here.

Step 5: If updates are available, click Download and Install. Allow Windows to download and install the updates.

Step 6: Afterhe updates are installed, you’ll be prompted to restart your computer. Click Restart Now or manually restart your computer by clicking on the Start menu and selecting Restart.

Step 7: Wait for the restart process to complete. This allows the updates to take effect and can often resolve driver-related issues.


Reopen the Application

After the restart, try opening the Webgility application again. The error message should no longer appear, and the application should load correctly.
