Overview:

This error usually occurs when you are trying to sync product quantities with QuickBooks to the sales channel or vice-versa.

Note: This error specifically occurs when using Shopify store integration.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator/primary user in Webgility Desktop and QuickBooks.

  • Login to the Shopify sales channel, then move to the Products section, search for the same product and look for the “Track inventory” option, and checkmark it.

  • After that, go to “Connections” and look for “Get latest data and settings” and hit download data.

  • Now re-attempt to sync quantities, and this time the quantities will be synced for products.
