Overview:
This error usually occurs when you are trying to sync product quantities with QuickBooks to the sales channel or vice-versa.
Note: This error specifically occurs when using Shopify store integration.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator/primary user in Webgility Desktop and QuickBooks.
Login to the Shopify sales channel, then move to the Products section, search for the same product and look for the “Track inventory” option, and checkmark it.
After that, go to “Connections” and look for “Get latest data and settings” and hit download data.
Now re-attempt to sync quantities, and this time the quantities will be synced for products.
