Overview

This error occurs in Webgility Desktop when syncing decimal quantities from the sales channel if certain settings are not enabled if there are pending orders to be posted in QuickBooks, or if there is a product mapping issue. The specific error message is: "Decimal quantity is not supported in your store."

Steps to Resolve the Error

01. Enable Round Off Quantity Values:

  • Go to the Products tab, then select Settings and Sync Settings.

  • Enable the option for "Round Off Quantity values in QuickBooks."

02. Adjust Order Status Settings:

  • Still, within the Products settings, look for the option "Assume the product is not In order when the order status is."

  • Select all available options and save the settings.

03. Check Product Mapping:
