How to Fix:

Please follow the instructions provided below:

  • Make sure your QuickBooks Online account is connected to Webgility Online using Administrator credentials. If not, disconnect and reconnect following the steps in our help article for QuickBooks Online.

  • In Webgility Online, refresh the accounting data follow the steps in our help article, and click save for each section..

  • Download items from scratch by following the steps in our help article. Again, click the save button for each section.

Once you have finished the steps mentioned above, try posting the orders. This should fix the problem.
