View Scheduler Logs

Everything the Scheduler does creates a log for each activity in real-time and daily. If the Scheduler is not working as expected or you wish to review the Scheduler activities, we would recommend reviewing the Scheduler logs.

Steps to View the Scheduler Logs

1). On the machine where Webgility is installed (the PC that runs the Scheduler) go to the System Tray (hidden icon area on the right-hand side bottom corner of your computer screen near clock/date) and look for a small Webgility icon, right-click on it and go to “Today’s Log” this will open the latest log file.

2). Another way to look for Scheduler logs is on the same Webgility machine (that runs the Scheduler) go to location C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise\SchedulerLog and there you will see all the logs related to the Scheduler.
