How to Connect Paypal Payment Processor with Webgility Online
Connect Webgility with PayPal payment processors to capture fees the PayPal payment processor takes from the gross amount of the order after purchase.
Steps:
1. To connect a payment processor, navigate to Connections and click the ‘+’ sign next to Payment Gateways.
2. Choose your Payment Gateway as “PayPal” and proceed with the Next option.
3. Afterwards, you will see the "Connect PayPal" tab. Choose the Next option to proceed.
4. Once selected, a new window will pop up asking you to log in to your PayPal payment processor account. Once this is done, your PayPal payment processor will be added to Webgility Online.
5. The orders will display both the gross and net amount after the fee has been taken out.
Note: In the screenshot, the Payment Processor is currently highlighted as Shopify because those orders were paid through Shopify Payments. However, once PayPal is successfully connected, you will see PayPal tags within the Payment Processor column.
