Unable to download Inventory Asset Account from QuickBooks Online to Webgility Online
Reason: This happens when the chart of accounts data has not been downloaded from QuickBooks Online into the Webgility Online application.
Troubleshooting:
1). Navigate to Sync Settings > Products.
2. Select the Refresh icon located at the upper right corner and allow 2-3 minutes for the process to complete. Afterward, review the information again.
3. To initiate downloading data from the beginning, access the dropdown menu before the “Refresh" icon and choose the "Download From Scratch" option.
