Overview:
This article emphasizes the importance of regularly updating your Sales Channel data in Webgility. Doing so ensures accurate insights, facilitates seamless order processing, and offers real-time information on inventory, customers, and sales trends.
Steps to download the latest data:
1. To download online Sales Channel data from scratch, clear the date and time in the Advanced Settings menu.
2. To access Advanced Settings, go to Connections > Sales Channel > Advanced Settings.
3. Select the Application tab, then click Clear for the "Last download date for Store Item."
This will remove the previous data and refresh it with new information. Click Save, then click Close.
4. After clearing the settings in Advanced Settings, go to Integrations > Get Latest Data & Settings.
5. In the pop-up window, under Download online store settings, click Download Data.
6. This will initiate the download of the online Sales Channel data from scratch.
Steps to download products:
7. Navigate to Products and select All Products, then click the refresh icon to view the updated product listing. Wait for the download process to complete.
8. This will initiate the download of the online product list from scratch.
