Post to QuickBooks failed due to There was an error when converting the price “-0.02” in the field “item cost”. QuickBooks error message: You can’t use negative rates on inventory items, use neg quantity instead.

Troubleshooting Steps :

Step 1: Check the order details and copy the SKU of the product that is mentioned in the error.

Step 2: Check the item that product is matched or mapped to

Step 3: Remove the mapping.

Step 4: Post the order again.
