Cause:

While syncing the Amazon Settlement Report or Shopify Payout Report on the last step, Posting Payments, the user might face this error.

Steps to resolve:

  • First we need to download the latest QuickBooks Data in Webgility. Navigate to Connections and go to Get Latest Data and Settings, download QuickBooks Data.

  • Navigate to Connections, go to Accounting, then Sync Settings, and Expenses and Fees.

  • Verify the Setup for all the Expenses Groups (Expenses & Refunds), open Setup, verify the selected accounts and click on Save, do the same for all the expenses group types.

  • Once all the Expenses Groups are verified, click on Save & Close and re-try posting the report.
