Error:

AuthorizationFailure: --11014 - You do not have access to use QuickBooks Online. StatusCode: 401

Cause of the issue:

This error typically arises due to authorization problems, especially with QuickBooks connections made before 2022. To resolve this issue, you need to reconnect your QuickBooks Online company file to Webgility Online. Follow the steps below to re-establish the connection and restore access.

Steps to fix:

Reconnect Quickbooks Online with Webgility Online

  • Navigate to Connections and under Accounting Platform go to QuickBooks Online and look for Remove option.

  • Click on Remove and disconnect the Quickbooks Online account.

  • Under the same configuration now you need to reconnect QuickBooks Online by clicking on "+" sign. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose the accounting platform.

  • Click Connect to initiate the connection with QuickBooks Online.

  • A new pop-up will ask you to Authorize Webgility.

  • Click Next, and you will be redirected to a login page for QuickBooks Online.

  • Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your Admin credentials.

  • Once logged in, Webgility Online will begin syncing with QuickBooks, downloading items, customers, and other related information.

  • After the sync is successful, you will be directed back to the Connections screen in Webgility Online, where the newly established connection will be displayed.

  • Now you can go ahead and try to post the order again.
