Unify encountered an error. Invalid column name 'AccountId". Invalid column name "TestMode". Invalid column name 'SubStoreID'.
Multiple reasons could lead to the above error message. Below are a few steps to resolve the issue.
Close Webgility Software as well as Scheduler (if running) on all of your required machines.
Now go to the compter facing this issue, then go to the location C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise look for a file with the name "UnifyDBUpgrade" and run it and wait for a success popup.
Once you see the success pop saying "Webgility database upgraded successfully" then close that popup and try to log in again.
Please check the version of Webgility on all computers by navigating to Help>Terms and Privacy.
Now update Webgility to the latest version by following the steps mentioned in this help article
