This error usually occurs while launching Webgility Desktop or navigating within the application. Multiple reasons could lead to is error message and most common is Webgility Desktop database upgrade.
Troubleshooting:

Close Webgility Desktop and the Scheduler (if running) on all of your required machines, Primary & Add-on computers.

Once all Webgility instances are closed in Windows File Eplxorer navigate to C:\Webgility\UnifyEnterprise look for a file with the name "UnifyDBUpgrade" and run it, and wait for a success popup (the process will run in the background)
- Once you see the success pop saying "Webgility database upgraded successfully" then close that popup and try to log in again.
- Please check the version of Webgility Desktop on all computers by navigating to He and go to Terms and Privacy.
