The scheduled view is a temporary holding area for orders that are awaiting a cycle when using the Webgility automation tool, the Scheduler.

There are two main reasons an order will be in the Scheduled view:

  • An order is waiting to post to the accounting system

  • An order has been shipped and is pending posting the tracking details and ship method back to the online store.

Since orders in the schedule view are waiting for an automated action, your iterations are limited. If orders seem to be in the scheduled view for more than your preset scheduled cycles, try clicking Refresh.

If that does not impact any change, or if you need to change the order, try these steps:

  1. First, turn off your Scheduler by fully exiting it.

  2. Then select the orders and click Move to Orders to manually move the orders back to the Order View.
