How to Connect BigCommerce to Webgility Online
Steps:
If this is the first sales channel you're setting up, please read the getting started process, here.
1. Login to Webgility Online
2. Go to Connections. Click the ➕ sign. Select BigCommerce, and click Continue.
3. On the Add Store Wizard, select your time zone and click Continue.
4. Then it will open up an BigCommerce pop-up window where you will need to log in to your account. Make sure your pop-ups are not blocked by your browser.
5. Complete a 2-step Verification if it is required and Allow Access.
6. As soon as your sales channel is connected, Webgility Online will begin downloading orders.
