How to Update Tracking ID for Partially Shipped Orders
If you are processing partial shipments, you need to enable settings in Webgility to post the tracking information back to the store for partially shipped orders.
Steps:
1). Navigate to Integrations> Shipping> Shipping Settings> Options and select the option “Update the store every time a shipment is processed”> Save & Continue.
2). Once the settings are saved, the tracking information will be updated to store automatically each time you process a shipment for that order.
