Causes of Payment Fees Settings Inaccessibility

  • Feature Not Enabled
    Explanation:
    The option to manage payment fees may not be enabled in your account settings. Check to see if the feature is available in your plan or if it needs to be activated.

  • Configuration Settings

    Display settings might not be configured to show fee details. Make sure the settings are adjusted to display payment fees for your sales channels.

Steps to Access and Configure Payment Fees Settings

  1. Go to Connections

    • Navigate to the Connections page from your Webgility Online dashboard.

  2. Open Payment Gateways Preferences

    • Click on the Payment Gateways section.

    • Select Preferences.

  3. Enable Fee Details Display

    • Under Display Settings, check the option "Show Me fee details for orders in my Sales Channels" if it is not already enabled.

    • Choose the relevant sales channels from the list.

    • Enable the "Post the fees along with the orders for these Sales Channels" option.

  4. Save Your Settings

    • Click Save to apply your changes.

  5. Configure Fees Settings

    • Navigate to Sync Settings> Fees.

    • In the Fees section, configure the payment processing fees according to your preferences.
