Payment Fees settings are not accessible

If you are unable to find the option to configure the payment processing fee settings in Webgility Online, then please follow the steps below.

  • Go to Connections.

  • On the connections page, navigate to the Payment Gateways, click Preferences

  • Under Display Settings, if the Show Me fee details for orders in my Sales Channels are disabled, enable it. Select the sales channels.

Enabled the Post the fees along with the orders for these Sales Channels

  • Click Save

By following these steps and enabling the "Post the fees along with the orders for these Sales Channels" option, you should be able to configure and manage payment processing fees within Webgility Online for the specified stores.

  1. Navigate to Sync Settings > Fees

  2. In the Fees section, you should be able to configure the payment processing fees settings according to your requirements.

By following these steps and accessing the Fees settings under the accounting section, you will be able to configure the payment processing fees in Webgility Online for your store profile.
