In this article, we have outlined the necessary steps to connect QuickBooks Enterprise 2022 with the latest Webgility desktop application.

1). After activating your Webgility account, the next step is to link Webgility Desktop to your Sales Channel.

2). Once that's done, go to Connections > Accounting/POS/ERP and select Add Connection.

3). Choose the appropriate version of QuickBooks from the drop-down menu.

4). Open the QuickBooks company file that you wish to connect to Webgility.

5). Sign in to QuickBooks using the admin account and switch to single-user mode. This admin access is necessary solely to establish the connection. After the connection is established and the data has been downloaded, feel free to change back to a different user or revert to multi-user mode.

6). To display the Product Information window, press the F2 key or use Control + 1.

7). From the Product Information window, copy the location of your company file and then close the window.

8). Next, paste the copied file path into the Company File Location field within the Webgility connection window. After that, click on Connect to QuickBooks.

9). This action will display the Application Certificate in QuickBooks, allowing you to grant administrative access to the Webgility application directly from QuickBooks.

10). After you have granted this permission, please click on Continue to proceed.

11). You will then be taken to the Order Processing Settings page. Here, you can set up the basic configurations before clicking Continue.

12). Choose the appropriate rules for posting your orders to QuickBooks. After making your selections, click ‘Save’ to complete the connection successfully.
