Cause:

While syncing orders over to QuickBooks when the additional transaction field Customer Comments option is Enabled in Webgility Desktop then the user might face the following error:

Steps To Resolve:

  • In Webgility navigate to Connections go to Accounting then Sync Settings go to Orders further into Transaction Settings and Display these order related fields in this transaction.

  • Uncheck Customer Comments, click on Save & Continue, close the Sync Settings and re-try posting the order.
