Cause:
While syncing orders over to QuickBooks when the additional transaction field Customer Comments option is Enabled in Webgility Desktop then the user might face the following error:
Steps To Resolve:
In Webgility navigate to Connections go to Accounting then Sync Settings go to Orders further into Transaction Settings and Display these order related fields in this transaction.
Uncheck Customer Comments, click on Save & Continue, close the Sync Settings and re-try posting the order.
