Overview:
If you have accidentally posted an Amazon settlement report to QuickBooks and need to unpost it, this article will guide you through the process.
Steps to follow:
Navigate to the Settlement Report Tab:
Log in to your Webgility Online account.
Go to the Settlement Report tab from the left-side menu.
Locate the Posted Settlement Report:
Look for the status filter as this will help you in filtering out the posted settlements.
Filter for Posted Settlements:
From the Status Filter dropdown, select Posted to view all settlements that have already been posted to QuickBooks.
Select the Settlement Report(s) to Unpost:
Find the settlement you wish to unpost from the list.
Select the checkbox next to the desired settlement(s).

Unpost the Settlement Report:
Click the Unpost button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
A confirmation popup will appear with the message shown in the below image.
Confirm the Unpost Action:
Click OK to confirm.
The selected settlement report will be unposted and will be marked as Not Posted in Webgility Online, and the associated transactions will be deleted or voided in your QuickBooks.
